Payment Policy

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review our payment and deposit policies:

📌 Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount is applied toward your total service cost and helps us reserve your dedicated time and resources.

💰 Accepted Payments:
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards (for qualifying treatments), and NJOY gift cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

⏳ Late Cancellations / No-Shows:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and/or a cancellation fee.

💳 Membership & Package Payments:
Memberships and packages are billed monthly or as a one-time payment (depending on the plan). Unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise stated in your membership terms.
